What is the VCAM about?

  • We have multiple areas in Gainsight that can do some aspects of data pipelining. Each area specialises in one aspect or the other. Example: Connectors specialise in fetching from diverse sources, Data Designer specialises in transformation capabilities, and Rules specialise in Actions. 

What is the Agenda of the VCAM? 

  • In this VCAM we will try to get to understand any examples / scenarios understand if this results in any pain points, any lost opportunities explore some potential options to address those. 

What is the outcome of this VCAM?

  • Identifying IF there are any unsolved needs around our data pipeline, if there are, understanding what are top problems are, and maybe help fill the requirements

Who is the right person to Enroll?

  • Gainsight Admins who have configured atleast a couple of Rules and Connector jobs or Gainsight admins who maintain Rules / Connector jobs
