I’m experimenting with the engagement localization feature and I’m unable to export the English language version to use as my template for other languages (it only shows import)

    Hi @tohodesigns,

I am certainly not an expert but I’ve done some very basic things. You can download another language’s xliff, and when you open it, you’ll see the English content.

    Here is a snippet:

Then for the translation, you would add the “target” language code line by simply adding it in.

    Hope that helps.

    Hi @tohodesigns,

I’m from the PX support team and have already reached you via a support ticket for this.
I would like to inform you that the XLIFF template for every language is available for export. You can find the templates in the 3-dot menu, right beside the corresponding language. These templates are available in two versions each for contextual and HTML strategies.

Please refer to the video here: https://share.getcloudapp.com/Jruypnyo

You just need to add your translated text to the target tag in these templates if the tag is not already available and upload all the XLIFF files using the "Drag and drop files here or browse" option available above the languages.

Also, I request that you ignore the Import XLIFF option against the English language here, as it has no functionality, and I've taken it to the attention of the corresponding team.
