All of the date filters in PX seem to include specific dates, dates before/after/between, and days ago. Does anyone know how to set up a trigger that identifies x days to [ specific date ]?
We track our trial end date in Gainsight and we want to trigger messaging to the user when their trial is coming to an end. To keep this active on a rolling basis, I can’t seem to figure out how to trigger.
While we do have a trial start date, each trial may be of varying lengths, so using the “x days ago” will not work.
