I am finding when creating an engagement with a redirect, the redirect will work but then the engagement doesn’t launch until the screen is refreshed.  Has anyone come across this?

 

That will depend on your qualification rules. Sounds like you have it set to “Once per visit”.
If you want to always appear when they access that page, choose the “Every time (Paywall)” rule. If you have throttling settings enabled, you should also select Ignore throttling” as well.


I just looked at the qualification rules and unfortunately it does not seem to be the issue.  The other engagements I have that are working as expected have the same settings as I used one template and cloned the engagements

I would open a support ticket and share the detail with the team. There are a number of factors that might be in play. Support can help you sort through the config and resulting network activity and determine issue
