This seems like a really basic piece of functionality, and maybe I’m missing something here….
Can you see trending utilization data for accounts and users to see how many (in the case of accounts) and when (in the case of both) users have logged into your platform? Seeing a line chart of that for each account in addition to overall would be supremely helpful, and seems like table stakes.

Of course. You can apply User/Account filters to your PX Dashboards and PX Analytics to get these insights. An example is shown below of a custom PX Custom Dashboard I created using a specific Account as the filter criteria:
