We're excited about some new AI features and want to give our customers a sneak peek while gauging their interest. Our goal is to share the features' details, the value they bring, and identify customers keen on trying them out (currently hidden behind a feature flag).

What's the most effective way to capture this interest? Ideally, we'd like to provide information and receive a response, avoiding the need for customers to send an email using a button. We're considering a Slider Engagement with a Boolean rating at the end, but I'm uncertain if this is feasible. How can we achieve this smoothly?

Hello @kaitlyn.burke.pm

You can achieve this using a guide engagement with V2 editor.

You can show about your new features in a couple of guide steps and then leverage custom button feature to capture interest information into an attribute.

Hi @Surendra -

I appreciate the super speedy response! How do I know if I am in the V2 editor? My screen does not look the same as in the support article that you linked.

We are relatively new to Gainsight, so still very much wrapping our heads around it.

Thanks,

Kaitlyn

Hello @kaitlyn.burke.pm

You would need to choose creating a guide engagement (while creating a screen asks you to choose between new or old version, select new), currently V2 editor is live on guide engagements only.

This new version should help you make the editing and creating process easy.

Adding to what Surendra says:

There is no option to choose V2 editor in the slider, but you can achieve slider functionality by choosing Engagement type Guide, and in the template choose the Dialog step type from the templates.
