Gainsight PX does not track keyboard events natively. However, with a developer’s help, you could use JavaScript in your application to track these keyboard as they happen and then send them as Custom Events so they are tracked by PX. Below is some sample JavaScript code that accomplishes this:
Once these PX Custom Events are created then can be fully analyzed in PX Analytics and even mapped to a Feature in your Product Map.
