Hi! There are a couple components on our website that are dynamic depending on some configurations. We’d like to include them in a new user tour for those users who have the component. In initial set-up, it appears that we can configure it/map it to include in the tour, but when the tour runs, if the competent doesn’t show for the user, the tour ends without any notice.
Ideally, if the tour can’t find the next mapped item, it would skip to the next one instead of closing the window all-together.
I thought about multiple tours, one with and one without the dynamic element, but recreating the logic for it is not an option.
Has anyone experience this or have any advice?
