Hi Folks,

I’ve noticed and received feedback that the KC Bot icon is now showing a number when users log into a platform that has the KC Bot enabled.

I don’t see any way to adjust this and I can’t find any materials indicating that changes would occur for this customer facing button. Does anyone have details on this?

 

 

These are some of our new KC Bot features, looks like they have been turned on by default. 

You can quickly disable these new KC Bot features.  See screenshot below:
