I have a boolean survey with a Feedback screen. Is it possible for me to be notified by email when a user submits a new feedback comment, or even when any survey response is submitted?

This is currently not possible within Gainsight PX, but it is a very good feature request to submit as a Product Idea.
However, since you are also a Gainsight Customer Success (CS) customer, this use case can be implemented using our CS platform by building a Journey Orchestrator Program that leverages the PX Survey Engagement data that is synchronized to CS.
If you ever had a profile with us, there's no need to create another one.
