Hello,
 

I have been struggling to get PX Auto Resolve to work with my in app guide.

 

The Inapp guide is supposed to redirect to a new url that has dynamic fields

 

https://my.company.com/dashboard/editor/v3/campaigns/979/message/?campaign_variation_id=83770&exchange_id=4841

The sections highlighted in red are dynamic and change depending on which campaign the user chooses to edit. 

I have tried this variation and have not been successful in getting it to launch once the page redirects

https://my.company.com/dashboard/editor/v3/campaigns/$px-auto-resolve/message/?$px-auto-resolve

Is my URL the problem or is it the way I have it set up in action controls?

Hi Mike. Your usage of the of the $px-auto-resolve token looks just right for replacing the entire query parameters section. It’s possible that the redirect is working correctly, but there’s some other issue causing the guide to fail to load, e.g. an Identify call on the new page load.

 

I’d suggest a support ticket so they can help you debug.
