Semantic Differential as a Scale in Surveys
Some popular questionnaires like the “User Experience Questionnaire (UEQ)” use a semantic differential as a survey scale, see the image below.
It would be very helpful to use this type of scale in PX surveys in order to profit from available benchmarks and to keep the survey short. Thank you!
