Hope the title is sufficient. This option exists for many of the survey types, if not all. Very happy to have this. That said, they all default to checked when rendered. Would prefer that users have to OPT IN and not force them to OPT OUT. Am I missing something? Would also want the ability to change the text associated with the checkbox. Again, am I missing it?

Any way around this folks? We’re going live with an NPS survey today and would like a work-around. Anything we can do in CSS? Any thoughts @harshibanka?
