Hi!  I could use some help troubleshooting.  I’m working on my first PX email engagement and when I use the “Test Send” button on the “Content” tab of my engagement, I’m not receiving the test email.  It successfully pulls in the right senders and recipients, however, we’re still waiting 10 minutes later for the email to arrive.  Is there anything in a configuration somewhere else that I could double check?

can you confirm if there are any other program schedule running at the same time you tested this?
