Did you know that you can quickly and easily Pause or Launch engagements from the Engagements view? The status column is clickable and can toggle between Active or Paused.  Hope this saves you a few clicks as you manage all the power of your Engagements!

 

 

But… What am I supposed to do when I try to pause an engagement (so I can edit it) and I get the error, “Unable to pause or edit an engagement which is present in an active Knowledge Center”?
