Tip of the Week: Setting the Default Token Value in Gainsight PX

Did you know you can set a default token value when creating an in-app engagement? If for some reason your token does not find the value it will revert to the default value provided after the pipe ("|") symbol. In the example below if First Name doesn't exist it will say "Welcome Friend!"
