Is there a way to track which pages of our app our users are on when they open the knowledge bot? Can we set up Gainsight tracking on the bot itself?

It is possible to track the KC bot utilization on Gainsight by adding KC bot as a feature in product mapper.

The selector should look something like this in the image added below. 

You can analyse using path analyser to understand where the users are utilizing this feature.

Wow, that’s a really interesting idea.  If we replace the KC bot for major releases, would the same mapping continue to work? Or would we need to remap for each KC bot?
