I have a url that looks like this
www.domain.app/test?[unique project ID]&;another unique ID]&feature=true
and
www.domain.app/test?tunique project ID]&manother unique ID]&feature=false
would i be able to track page visits between whether the feature=true or false using the wildcard?

Sure! You can use 1+ wildcards * in your URLs and can create multiple URL conditions for matching in your Feature mapping like this…
