DESCRIPTION: 

Day-to-day, you’ll: 

  • Support FullStory users in our moderated online community, providing both technical support and best practices.
  • Execute community programs designed to grow, connect, and engage our global user base (i.e. roundtables, discussions, events).
  • Create content and facilitate engagement to highlight new product releases, use cases, value drivers, and best practices that drive success for FullStory customers (i.e. articles, videos, etc.).
  • Cultivate meaningful relationships with users while encouraging them to join our events, councils, certification programs, and user groups.
  • Administer FullStory’s community management platform (inSided).
