A Community is this massive A380 and looking at it, it seems ‘how on earth does it even fly’? 

Well it flies powered by small, intimate, objective-driven groups of people who generate collective value.

The Beginner Admins in Training group we all know and love, recently achieved a Big milestone: It crossed a 100 members in only 5 months of it’s existence is a booster-engine for the GameChanger A380.

And the A380 experience could be a little overwhelming for a first time flyer.

This is exactly what Gainsight’s Sr. Educator @lisa.mirth recognized some five months back to help the new Gainsight admin, cross their beginners chasm, create a safe space to ask Any questions, without getting overwhelmed by the gigantic bigger Community and all the experts with years of experience on it.

She partnered with GameChanger’s @revathimenon and @seth to get the ball rolling on this idea, and 5 months of training, knowledge sharing and fun and games later… we have this milestone
