Adding emojis to topic title

Hi, I'm trying to add an emoji (USA flag) to a topic title but it's not working for all users. Flags are not visible for Windowns users only MacBook users. Can someone please advise?

    May I ask how you added the emoji to the topic title? As far as I know you can copy-paste them into the title bar and they will be shown. I suspect that it depends on the location where you copied the emoji from.

    I think if you copy the emoji from our own editor, it should be visisble as expected regardless which OS you are using.

    I'm copying it from my IOS device. But for Windows users it doesn't display it :(
