I would like to solve the issue I’m experiencing of not being able to access our API key. When I click to copy the API key, nothing happens. In Inside’s example in their help guide, I see that the API key is blurry but it is there.

Can you please assist?

Happy Thanksgiving!

The image you show is from Zapier. You need to paste your API key there from Control. You’ll find your key under Control > Integrations > API. If you haven’t setup a OAuth client, add one for Zapier and record your Client ID and secret. If you have, but haven’t forgotten these values, you’ll need to recreate and reauthorize Zapier.

No problem. If that doesn’t resolve it, then on the page you showed in the screenshot select the Revoke button and setup the integration again, and reauthorize Zapier.
