When I try to upload an animated GIF file to an article in my company’s digital hub (e.g. Clicking on the Control button to edit), it just hangs on the upload with the spinner, spinning. I’ve tried making the GIF smaller to fit within the file specs of less than 5MB and 1440px x 640px, but no luck.

The odd thing is the GIF does upload here in this community forum as shown below. I do believe that the total size for all currently uploaded files in my article is way under 50MB at ~16MB and I do have access to upload. I’m not linking them in from another location. This might be a support question too, but I’m not sure that we’ve had luck over there either. :)
