There are situations when admins or moderators should check user´s settings and in order to do so you have to be able to switch profile between admin → user.
Is this possible, I can´t find any info about this? And, if this is possible am I able to see users private messages as well?
Not possible. And you can’t see private messages other than your own.
If you ever had a profile with us, there's no need to create another one.
