Hey!

We are looking to automate membership to a private community depending on the users associated to specific companies within Gainsight that are a subset of our customers based on a specific flag. These users and companies can be quite fluid so we don't want to have to manually manage the list as there are 1000s of users in it but we need to ensure our community can only be viewed by those specific customers. 

 

any thoughts? 

Hi @GrahamSwift - I believe that what you’re describing can be done through an automation that employs our API.  You’d need a developer to think through and build it, but as a starting point, here is an example of an end-point that you can use to register members to your community.  You can also consider managing users via Single Sign-On (if that’s something you have or would want to have enabled).
