Unfortunately, your question seems a bit unclear and I’m not quite sure exactly what you mean.

However, if you’re asking whether those numbers can show up on the Mega Menu, it basically shows you how many topics/threads exist in each category for both the Community and Knowledge Base modules. I don’t think there’s a way to force that.
