Is it possible to create a private knowledge base category and upload company material and resources, such as, PPTs, PDFs, videos etc? My idea is to create multiple private knowledge base categories with specific content in PDF, PPT, video formats.

Hi Lisa,
You can ensure that only selected Roles can access this part of the Knowledge base. Every category can have it's own set of permissions. So, if you have something like a Customer and Employee role, you can make sure that only Employee's can access this knowledge base category. We also do this with presentation material for our Partners.
