I get an error if I try to add a trusted domain that is “.software”.

Can you please unlock?

Thanks

Hi @benatpigment!

I believe you are trying to add this to the embeddable widget settings. Let me know if its somewhere else! You are indeed correct just “.software” gives an error, but I was able to do test.software / example.software just fine. Also you can use the wildcard “ * “ , and the widget will work everywhere as a workaround.

Sincerely,

Ravi

Have you tried saving changes? This is where it fails.

@benatpigment!

You are indeed correct, it does fail. Can you let us know which specific domain you are trying to add?

Sure it’s arcade.software. Can you please unlock those domains? We prepared a lot of content, can display it on Zendesk but not on Insided.

Thanks a lot

Hi @benatpigment!

Thanks for letting me know, I’ll add it to the engineering ticket I have created already regarding this issue. I’ll let you know as soon as I hear more information on this.

While not ideal - I could suggest adding the wildcard “ * “ for the domain for it to work while the dev team is working on it.

Let me know if you have any questions!

I added * to the trusted domains but still can’t add the content.

Is there anything else to do?

I get this message :

Hi @benatpigment!

Usually when setting up a new embeddable widget, making adjustments to the color usually fixes it. I adjusted colors to the widget and now am able to properly load the widget on their website.

If you are still running into issues, can you please reach out to us at support@insided.com so we can dig deeper?

Sincerely,

Ravi

Misunderstanding here. I probably accessed the wrong options by reading another article.
I am looking to add embed content from Arcade to Insided.

Looks like a feature request :

Hi @benatpigment!

Sorry for the late reply, you are correct - it currently isn’t possible to embed iframe directly into an article.
