I noticed on Zendesk we are able to see a list of top search terms within their analytics. I was wondering if InSided had anything like this? We are creating a monthly newsletter with featured topics, and I would like to base those topics on the things our customers are searching for. Particularly things that have a lower number of views but may still be relevant to the most popular search terms.
I just use this approach and capture the search terms in Google Analytics.
I just wanted to share the link, but I saw Scott was faster.
I like the idea of using this as a source to find content that your users are interested in, however bare in mind that the in-community search is not being used as often as Google Search. So you might also want to have a look at Search Control (if activated) to see what is relevant to those visitors coming in via Google. You can find more about this subject in this guide:
Thank you both! Our community search results are also being surfaced on our main website, so it will be useful to know what people are after when they come to our page!
