Can you move an article from published back to draft?

We have the use case where we’ve published an article in our KB that needs some editing. It’d be nice to be able to turn it back to a draft, and then republish again when ready. I don’t see a way to do this currently. Let me know if I’m missing something!

    Hey @Kgastaldo and @LizZaps,

Unfortunately this is not yet possible on our platform - I don’t believe we have an existing idea logged for this, so make sure to submit it on inSpired so other customers who want this feature can pitch in (you’ve already got 2 votes !).

We are also looking for this as an option to handle timely content changes. Since this post is 4 years old is this now on the roadmap?

@ghensley I don’t believe this is planned for the near future, but we do have this idea where you can add your vote (and a reply if you’d like):

Whenever this happens, I switch to code view for the post, select all, copy, and create a new article in draft and paste in code view.  then I delete the original.

    Workarounds :)
