We have the use case where we’ve published an article in our KB that needs some editing. It’d be nice to be able to turn it back to a draft, and then republish again when ready. I don’t see a way to do this currently. Let me know if I’m missing something!

Unfortunately this is not yet possible on our platform - I don’t believe we have an existing idea logged for this, so make sure to submit it on inSpired so other customers who want this feature can pitch in (you’ve already got 2 votes
