Hi All - We’re trying to see how many of our customers are looking at our knowledgebase. The majority of our members are given a custom role of customer, partner, and employee. Is there any way to see who has been looking at articles, based on these roles?

No, there isn’t. You can’t track / follow views to individual users. It gets even more complicated when you know that users can trigger multiple views for the same content. So it’s not possible to do comparisons like: “I have 25 users with the role “customer”, they are the only user role with permission to access this content, there are 12 views so almost 50% of them has seen the content.” In reality it could be one customer opening or refreshing the same content ten times.

That’s what I assumed, but wanted to make sure! Thank you.
