Is it possible to change Product Updates to articles?
Some of our content has been created in the wrong place and I’ve just realised 4 weeks after the fact. I need them to appear in a sub-category but can’t. Can I change them over to articles so that i can do this? Thanks

It’s not possible to go from Product Update to Article, though you can go from Article to Product Update, or Question to Conversation.
If you ever had a profile with us, there's no need to create another one.
