Is there a way to change the content type label “Knowledge Base” to something else, such as “Articles?”

I am confused about why it says Salesforce? Can you clarify? Will this impact data we get from SFDC in Federated Search. This is separate from federated search. Thanks @olimarrio

These results are being indexed via federated search from your Salesforce Knowledge Base. The phrase is displaying what the results from Salesforce are labelled as. For example this phrase will also edit the ‘Knowledge Base’ phrase below:

 

As well as on the filter of the search results page:

 

Changing this phrase will not impact the data that is being indexed via the federated search. Let me know if I’ve understood your question correctly 👍
