Hi @sureshs

That is a very broad subject.

If you are meaning how can we improve the ranking and search algorithm. We currently do not have that option. I recently wrote and article on how the search works. So you would be best to read this and optimise your content creation to match the process.

There are many ideas open around search improvements, and it is certainly high on our roadmap.

Thank you for your response, @Alistair Field. Yes, I'm referring to the type of AI-driven enterprise search you mentioned.

I wanted to inquire whether Insided Search offers built-in support for popular knowledge and content repositories such as AEM, Jira, Marketo, GitHub, Confluence, Google Drive, YouTube, Box, Mindtouch, Helpscout, Stack Overflow, Litmos, Solr, Moodle, Dropbox, WordPress, Jive, Vimeo, Docebo, Skilljar, API, Aha, Discourse, Website, Microsoft Azure, Zoominfo Software, MS Teams, Seismic, RSS, Contentful, Vidyard, Wistia, Monday.com, Guru, Knowledge Owl, and more.

We have a Federated Search API that allows you to include external content in your community search.

At this time there is no AI imparted on the relevancy of content in a unified result list.
