Slowness started I think last Monday, randomly. Pages open slowly.

Last night one of our superuser reported that she got this error:

 

She also got error500 page as well.

Today our moderator got that “Sorry, this page is currently unavailable” error when she tried to open drafts from Control. I got this error randomly last Monday when I used Control.

I tried to reply to topic few minutes ago and I got “Somethings gone wrong” error.

Is there anyone else having same, random problems?

Yes. I am glad you brought this up. I feel at least the last week, there has been general slowness and some error messages.

Seeing the same on our site today! Error messages when trying to log in and just slower in general. What’s going on?


Hi everyone, we have been investigating some performance issues that happened this morning around 10.00 CET.  They stabilised within around 10 minutes - hopefully everyone here has found that as well?


No, community is still slow and we can see the error (screenshot in opening post) sometimes, least when using Control.


Now seems to work normally.


Hey ​@revote - yes my apologies, there were two hiccups yesterday and my note above referenced only one of them.  Both should now indeed be resolved.

I didnt confirmed fixes until now 😀


@beatriz.winn - in case you noticed some sluggishness on Monday!


Our community is slow again. When trying to open topic it takes time and finally I get 404 error.

Please fix this permanently. Thanks.

I’d suggest raising a support ticket, since this has recurred for you. It will help the team get more data to avoid it from recurring.

Started to work normally after I added that comment.

If this comes back once more, I will create a ticket.
