Confused - New Registrations

Hi,

I don't seem to understand the new registrations, as when I work out the new registrations it doesn't give me that figure.


Could you please explain how it works the above out?

    Hi Pav,

    sure, I can do that! :)

    This number will always show the completed registrations for the selected timerange.

    This means if you see differences in numbers (e.g. compared with the user export), it could be that this is because some users never activated their account.

    These users have the main role "Awaiting email confirmation" - if you check them in your user overview, when you search for them (tip: you can filter for roles in the top of the list to find them quicker).

    Maybe this is the reason why you are confused? :)

    If not, please let me know which other data you are comparing it with, then I can have a closer look.
