Hi!
This is a quick change that you can do fairly easily. Simply head into Control > Integrations > Embeddable Widget Customization and then edit Trigger Settings > Trigger Text to your liking, such as Need more help? or anything else of your choice. Don’t forget to save!

I included the embeddable widget on my Zendesk Site and for some reason it is not showing up.
I have inspected the code of the page and was able to find it, but when I tried to surface it on my webpage nothing shows up.
Has anyone else had this issue?
