I wanted to open up a conversation and highlight an article published under the radar but with wide impact.

At the end of 2023 we, the Community Team, worked with our CS Ops Team to investifate the connection between community engagement and operational business outcomes. 

This is a V1 and we will be expanding/refining in the coming months.
