From what I see here on InSpired and on our community, it seems like empty profile fields do not display on a user profile.
Just confirming to inform our strategy for building things out further.
That is correct
I think it’s done this way to avoid stretching profiles unnecessarily, so that you don’t get loads of white space. But they will show up when the user edits their profile and adds something.
If you ever had a profile with us, there's no need to create another one.
Don't worry if your email address has since changed, or you can't remember your login, just let us know at community@gainsight.com and we'll help you get started from where you left.
