Hey!
I am puzzled because one of my moderators is not getting an email notification when community members tag him using the @. I can’t find where I would tweak the settings to make sure he is emailed when tagged. Maybe this isn’t a feature?
Any insights would be great!

Can you please ask this user to check their settings by clicking on their avatar and selecting ‘My profile’:
Then click ‘Edit profile’ → ‘Settings’. He will now see a list of options that he can configure his notifications from, including one for @mentions:
If ‘Yes’ is already selected, let our support team know so that they can further diagnose why they aren’t receiving email notifications for these events.

It looks like this was a bug 🐛 which is why your moderator hadn’t received notifications for these @mentions in topic replies.
I’m pleased to say this has now been fixed. Let us know if you have any further issues with this functionality.
