I’ve noticed that when someone tags me on a post, and I’m the author of the original post, I receive two email notifications. (and maybe there are other permutations that result in two emails going out for the same update) Is there a way to prevent the system from sending duplicative emails like this?
There is no way to prevent sending duplicate emails at this stage. We are aware of this (unwanted) behavior and will investigate how we can resolve this.
If you ever had a profile with us, there's no need to create another one.
