Employee badge not updating

Hi there! I have a quick question regarding badges. I went to control > gamification > ranks and added a leaf icon for our employee badges then clicked rebuild but employee badges are not showing on the front end of the community. Am I missing anything?

Things I would check for: 

  • This icon should show in the bottom left corner of their profile pic. It’s quite small and hard to see, so double check their profile pics , it may be there!
  • Are there community users who have met all the criteria for that rank?

I had this issue previously and I believe the problem was some users had ranks outside of regular employee. I had to update the images there as well. I had a video from support but it’s expired.

 

 

We currently have only two users in the community and I am testing it on myself (I do meet all the criteria) and don’t see it at all. 

And the icon I should be seeing is a bright green leaf.

Based on this screenshot it looks like your rank is “Community Manager”

 

Is the rank icon set for the “Community Manager” rank, or for a rank called “Employee”?
