Exempt required field for some users

Hello everyone!

is there a way to exempt a required field for some users?

Example - our users are hotels, so the “hotel name” is required, but then it is asking the same question to our employees also, who stated in another step they are not a customer.

Is there a way not to make this field mandatory to those who selected “NO” for “Are you a customer” question? Or according to the “Employee” role/job title?

Thank you!

Markéta

Hi @MarkétaOupi ?,

This currently isn’t possible with the existing functionality for Profile Fields. It sounds a little bit similar to the following idea:

If not, I’d advise you to create a more specific idea of your own which outlines this ‘decision-tree’ type of logic for Profile Fields.
