We are now setting up more groups in the Mews Community, and we want the customer success team to moderate one particular group and have the admin rights for it.
Is it possible for a user to have only admin/moderator rights for a particular group? Will this require additional admin licenses?

With the current functionality a user needs access to the control environment to perform administrator actions for a Group.
This is something our Product team are aware of and we’ll be implementing functionality which will enable you to grant administrator and moderator permissions for a particular group to specific users when we improve the Groups module later this year.
+2Yes you have to have an admin slot for admin rights to a group. There are no admin options outside of an admin slot.
