I stumbled upon this cute-sounding term in our back-end: what are happy votes? (And where can I get one? 😉)

Hey Monique,

happy to hear that you discovered our new Content helpfulness feature! 🙂 Click the link to the announcement to learn how you can earn happy votes from your users.

We have now included the metrics for this feature into the content dashboard. That's what you see as "happy votes" in the timeline, it counts the amount of times that content on your community has been voted as helpful by your users.

By the way, you can find all the settings under [Forum settings] - [Content Helpfulness] in your Control environment.

Let us know in case you have more questions around this!

Cheers,

Julian

Hi @Julian,

Thanks for your reply. We're using the content helpfulness feature already, so it's good to see you've included the metrics for this feature into the content dashboard. 🙂
