We recently migrated our online community from Discourse to InSided and have hit a couple issues related to discrepancies in metrics, SEO, broken links, incorrect link re-directs etc. I was curious if anyone else has experienced a similar migration and wanted to share their experience/any troubleshooting tips? I’m in touch with my CSM and the Support team but it has been a relatively slow process (close to 3 weeks since I first voiced these concerns). Can anyone else relate?

Hi @amandamartin, We're really sorry about some of the early hurdles you have faced after migrating to us. Our team is working hard to get these issues solved as fast as possible! Since we migrate from many different communities, there is no one-size-fits-all solution unfortunately. This means it takes a little bit more time than usual to find the causes and solve them. My colleague has planned an update meeting on Monday, but of course we will do our best to update you sooner. If you find any further related issues, please continue to keep our support team up to date with the ticket that is currently open.


Thanks @Karenottema. Yes, I appreciate the work your team is doing to address these issues. I was just wondering if any other customers have experienced similar challenges and might be able to offer advice/share their experience on how things were resolved.
