Header Settings: What does "Define the URL for the outgoing link" for the Header mean?

From Control > Customization > Header

What does this URL do / where does it show?

Should it be our company / community URL or is there a reason it might be insided.com?

Answered my own question with the help of this article:

It seems this is for back end Control setup of the default header … but if you’re using the Mega Menu (like we are), it’s probable that you have hidden this header on the front end in Customize mode.
