We are trying to solve for the overarching question - How do you solve for multiple access points of entry into your Community?
The background?
We use Zendesk for our Knowledge base and Support tickets. We have a portal where customers login to see their information and get to support from there.
We want our users to be able to get to the Community in multiple ways
- From their customer portal, similar to how they access a module
- From the website
- Directly from the url
- From our Support Knowledge base
Given we are also trying to setup SSO, I am looking for other similar use cases or ideas on how to achieve all of this.
