Hi All -

We are trying to solve for the overarching question - How do you solve for multiple access points of entry into your Community?

 

The background?

We use Zendesk for our Knowledge base and Support tickets. We have a portal where customers login to see their information and get to support from there.

 

We want our users to be able to get to the Community in multiple ways 

  1. From their customer portal, similar to how they access a module
  2. From the website
  3. Directly from the url
  4. From our Support Knowledge base

Given we are also trying to setup SSO, I am looking for other similar use cases or ideas on how to achieve all of this.
