Does anyone know how this tab populates? Is it just topics that don’t have a “Best Answer” provided? 

Is there a way (or another widget) to list topics that don’t have any replies? I’m just thinking it’d be nice to have a way to send employees a place or link so they can check out all topics that need a reply.

 

 

Just to circle back - the Help Others tab is just topics that don’t have a best answer. I created an idea for a widget for Topics w. No Replies or the ability to edit what shows up in that Help Others tab. You can vote/comment here - https://community.insided.com/ideas/251

yes, you’re absolutely right! Just wanted to confirm what you found. :)

I like the idea of having a widget for questions with no replies - but I wonder why not also have it for discussions with no replies? I think that could be included there as well, regardless if it is a question or not. ;)
