There is a bug in Insided platform; where sometimes when attaching 2-4 images it creates duplicated hundred of attachments. This happens randomly. However I came across this twice within past month.
Hope you could resolve this soon as users have to repost again and again when such happens!

Apologies for the delay! I am unable to reproduce this bug, but my guess would be something related to extensions or browser related that could be causing this.
